The challenge
No online presence. Every inquiry came through the phone.
Brick and Beam Lofts is a furnished loft property in Columbus Park. Before the rebuild, there was no way to browse units, check availability, or submit an inquiry online. Everything ran through phone calls and referrals, which limited reach and put the entire leasing process on the owner's plate.
What we built
A full-stack rental platform — units, availability, and inquiries online.
We built a Next.js app backed by Sanity CMS for content and Prisma for rental tracking. Prospective tenants can browse furnished units with photos and specs, compare units side by side, check availability, and submit an inquiry — all without picking up the phone.
